Lisa Beymer is an elementary Special Education Teacher in Idaho. She joined Team NDSS in honor of her student, Stephanie, who has Down syndrome, and her many students with disabilities who have brought her joy. Lisa has participated in three half-marathons and encourages all of her friends and family get to know people with disabilities and share the love that she has for the community. REPO Games: CPSE Spike TV's Repo Games and Child Protective Services join forces to make one awesome show!

In 2010 Lawrence Goldstein and his wife, Lindsay Heit, started the Cooper Classic, a softball tournament in New York City, to honor their nephew, Cooper, who has Down syndrome. The event was so successful that they held the second annual Cooper Classic in the fall of 2011, and have raised almost 13,000 dollars in total! Click the photo to learn more about NDSS New Ideas.
