Reflective ornamentation fills a 900sq-m showroom for a porcelain flooring company in Castellón, Spain. The showroom consists of carpets separated by LED borders, like a map with various sections to display lights and flooring. ‘The brightness of the natural light penetrating the glass perimetre reinforces the sensation of infinite space,’ says designer Alberto Martínez of CuldeSac. ‘The vertical displays, conceived from an architectural point of view, offer a new perspective into the real-life implementation of the materials.’ The showroom was created for Urbatek Porcelanosa Group, which specializes in porcelain flooring.
