Mixologists at BLT steak at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan share the recipe for a spicy margatini, a piquant marriage of martini and margarita: SPICY MARGATINI 1 1/2oz Silver rum 3/4 oz orange liqueur 1/2oz Jalapeño Puree 1 1/2 oz Fresh sour mix Coat the rim of a martini glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker, pour the ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain through a cocktail strainer into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
