If you're just starting your journey to health and fitness, the first thing to do is just move! The rest will fall into place because you will learn what works for your body. Everyone is different and there are no quick fixes!

It is seriously so annoying when people say I don't need to "lose weight" well excuuuuse me for trying to be fit and healthy. Just because someone works out doesn't mean they are trying to lose 100 lbs people, I do need to workout and you do too!
