Daniel Boulud's Basque Chicken with Chorizo.      My all time favorite recipe to make for company.  I like to use bone-in chicken thighs and substitute a jar of cherry peppers (drained, rinsed, cored & seeded) for the bell peppers.  Serve with creamy polenta.  If you're cooking for two you'll have delicious leftovers to serve with panfried polenta cakes.
