Since the link wasn't working, I guesstimated and did one cup of raisins, one cup of pitted dates, and a half cup of unsalted natural almonds and threw them all into a food processor and it turned out great! Makes about 12 bars. The mixture is a little sticky, as expected, so it took a while to shape and cut them but using wax paper was helpful and cut down the time. Highly recommend as a pre or post workout snack!
