Working the booty in this reverse kneeling #glut press. It's important to stay lifted out of your arms, not dumping your weight down into the elbows. Keep the ribs closed, the ASIS bones lifted, and the #core engaged. I do this on 1 red spring ❤️

Hamstring curls on the reformer long box using a bar instead of the straps. The key is to anchor your pubic bone and draw your #abs up to support your low back.  This enables you to isolate the hamstrings.
