Akebia quinata (Chocolate Vine) is a semi-evergreen climber with bright green leaves it can make a height of 8-12m with a spread of 8m at maturity so it needs plenty of space. The flowers smell of chocolate hence its name. It is of full sun and is also shade-tolerant so you can plant it pretty much everywhere nor is it fussy about soil type as long as it's moist and well-drained.
