I made this Chicken Wild Rice Soup recipe tonight, and it was delicious. I used 1 C red quinoa and 2 C long grain and wild rice mix, moscato instead of dry white wine, cooked the chicken in Bravo Cucina olive oil, and topped the whole thing with slivered almonds. Amazing!
