#accountability #leadership Real talk about accountability and group consciousness... You cannot grow to greatness alone. Yes you can and will move mountains with your mind and actions when properly disciplined BUT you will need others to reach that legacy level of achievement that your soul craves. But don't expect others to just GIVE you what you want. You're entitled to nothing more than you are willing to offer. You must also be willing to pull your own weight in motivation rather…

Bill Gracey 15 Million Views posted a photo: This is a native California wildflower that I photographed this morning at my sister's house. I wanted to isolate the flower from the distracting background, so I used camera settings that caused the background to be dark, and lit the flower with a Yongnuo strobe in an 8.6 inch Lastolite soft box, hand held at camera left, and very close to the flower.. I used side lighting because that creates the shadows that reveal shapes and textures. The…

Lighting: The main light was a Yongnuo strobe in a 24 inch gridded soft box at camera left, and I added some back lighting with another Yongnuo strobe in a Rogue grid behind the flower at camera right. The strobes, and my tripod mounted camera, were triggered by a Yongnuo…

"Books? At a time like this?" He snaps my book shut. "I was reading that," I complain. "I know," he remarks. "I do believe that we have a lot to discuss." "Oh yeah?" I question. "Name one thing that we need to discuss." "Okay," he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a box. A tear drips down my face as that boy gets on his knee. "What do ya say? Will you be my bride?" A million words could not express my answer to his question. Only one will works at this time. "Yes," I squeal.

Lighting Lit with a Yongnuo strobe in a 24 inch soft box at camera right. The flash, in manual mode at full power, was triggered by a Yongnuo RF-603N. I've photographed a lot of plants and flowers, because they're all around us, work cheap, and never complain. I have an album of these images with over 800 pictures, and for each one, I have described how I lit them…
