William Tyler Page (1868–1942) was an American patriot and lover of freedom who wrote The American's Creed and served in various capacities in the U.S. Capitol for over 60 years. This picture of Page was taken during a ceremony on the 50th Anniversary of the Pledge of Allegiance. He passed away the following day.
