Cheesy Sausage Spinach Breakfast Casserole from Brown Eyed Baker This was a BIG hit with the family on Christmas morning! Even tho I had forgotten to buy spinach. We used hot Italian sausage. I think part of why it may be so yummy is the great idea she had of using the stuffing bread cubes. This is a keeper recipe! (as usual, with Brown-Eyed Baker ones)
Egg Boats. These egg boats are a new breakfast favorite because they literally take less than five minutes to prep. Sourdough baguettes filled with sausage, eggs and lots of cheese, wrap in foil and heat over campfire until hot and toasty... so so good!
