The latest, about -70 lbs since the first of the year.  The average, about 10 lbs a month, even after being sick and staying out of the gym for 2 weeks!  Happy to be back in the swing, it's good to "hurt so good"!

3-5-2012, -30 lbs  Feeling terrific!  Only 1 month since Wendy started kicking my butt at Powerhouse Gym.  Blood pressure is down, and I have ZERO back pain!
