Prosciutto and Fig Crostini  1 fresh baguette 1/8 cup olive oil sea salt or kosher salt 4 ounces goat cheese, plain,  6 tablespoons Southern City Flavors fig jam 3 slices prosciutto, each cut in half  6 fresh basil leaves  Place six 1/2-inch slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush generously with olive oil. Salt lightly and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until crisp.   Spread on goat cheese. Then spread tbsp of fig jam. Next add prosciutto and basil leaf on top.
