Crock pot Hawaiian Chicken- I've had this many times-I add about 1/2 of the BBQ sauce.  Serve over thin noodles or rice.  I take out the chicken when it is cooked and add a bit of flour to thicken up the sauce.

Slow Cooked Sweet Potato Chili--First snow day of the year and I put this in the crock pot before I went to work this morning. I just got home, and my house smells like heaven and this chili tasted DIVINE!! I followed the recipe to the t and it came out perfect. I, however, like spicy food, and didn't find this to have much kick. So I went ahead and added some more chile powder, let it simmer a bit longer, and it is now, PERFECT!! Made some cornbread to go with it and I couldn't be happier…
