Oven Baked Zucchini chips w/ Parmesan. We didn't try the sauce, but I want to soon. We all loved these. I knew Aubree would because she loves zucchini any way you make it. But Sophie usually won't touch the stuff. She ate a zuch! And Aubs ate a whole one!
Easy and delicious. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder cuz thats all I had. Might've used a bit too much oil on the bottom and cooked a bit too long cuz they were a little too mushy for my taste, but overall delicious! Will definitely make again.
