Great simple strength-training workout that got me from 24% to 18% body fat in FIVE weeks. About 30-45 min in the gym each day, with links to videos of every exercise so you know you're doing it right.
Great way to get started running! Going all in will likely either cause an injury or lead to throwing in the towel. Good luck to anyone resolving to run. The b team is always looking for local and long distance folks to compare notes and stay motivated :)
