Pula, a city that has existed for three thousand years, is situated in the south of the Istrian peninsula. The town has beautiful beaches spread over nearly one hundred miles of beautiful and indented coastline. The Pula Amphitheater or Arena is one of the six largest Roman amphitheaters in the world.
Our Lady of the Rocks, Perast, Montenegro. An artificial island created by bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. The islet was made over centuries by local seaman who kept an ancient oath after finding the icon of Madonna and Child on the rock in the sea, July 22, 1452.
