Took these to a party Sat night, and they were a hit! Just an avocado half, filled with cut up tomatoes and cucumber chunks, a few slivered almonds, and tangy Italian dressing sprinkled over the top. Gosh, it's good.

Baked Portobello Parmesan - fantastic! Filled it with my own veggie meat sauce and used panko w/ Italian breadcrumbs. Super crispy and great seasoning. I think using the rack is important for making it crispy like its fried. I'll definitely make it again!
