1/2 cup of chic peas 2 cups of arugula  1/4 cup of red onion 1/4 cup of feta cheese 1 diced tomato  Dressing: 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil  *whisk together and add black pepper to taste  Total net calories: 335  Very healthy and quite filling!!
