D&RGW #473 leads it's mixed train south along the Animas River at the Cement Wall. This section of track is wedged between a 800 foot tall piece of granite and the rough waters of the Animas River making it a scenic highlight of the Silverton Branch.

The spur off to the left going up the hill in front of No. 6 is Rocky Spur, now known as “Rocky Flats Industrial Lead.”
