This recipe is something I invented to help me turn jarred baby food into a tasty finger food that he will actually eat. One recipe makes about 4 dozen mini muffins or 2 dozen regular muffins. Adjust baking times accordingly. Use any flavor food. I used one strawberry banana, one squash, one banana mixed berry. Oat flour can be ground quick oats or oat infant cereal.
