As both of my daughters are now gluten, egg and dairy free I need to get busy collecting recipes!  Eggs are allowed as less than 10% of the whole.  Got any favorites?

Almond Flour Biscuits 1 c almond flour 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp baking powder 4 egg whites 2 TBS chilled butter cut into pieces Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet w/ coconut oil. Whip egg whites until very fluffy. In a separate medium bowl, mix the baking powder into the almond flour. Then cut in the butter and salt. Gently fold in the dry mixture into the whites. Dollop the dough onto the cookie sheet and bake for 11-15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
