Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. Ah-mazing. I put in tsp cinnamon and tsp each of nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. I also used white whole wheat flour instead of pastry flour, which made them a muffin consistency. Perfect.
