Jessica's seafood stuffed bell pepper: half an onion, half a bell pepper, and a clove or two of garlic chopped and sautéed with a stick of butter. Add shrimp, crawfish, & crab claw meat once onions become clear. Sauté until shrimp are pink and remove from heat. Add Italian bread crumbs & salt/pepper and mix until desired consistency. Fill bell pepper halves, sprinkle with a dash of brea crumbs over top, add a slice of butter over the top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. DELISH!!
