When used in pillows, if feels very smooth and molds perfectly to the contours of the more sensitive eye area. Rice or other grains wouldn't feel so smooth. Organic means no use of artificial fertilisers and healthier soils that store more carbon, so much more environmentally friendly. Linseed can also be cooled or heated for an extra benefit.
