EASY 2 egg omelets made in Ziploc's "Zip N' Steam" bags. Pre-make up to A WEEK ahead of time, and pop in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes in the morning. I love omelets, but chopping the veggies in the morning isn't always in the schedule. Problem solved! I'll do all my chopping and preparing Sunday night and have a healthy breakfast all week! Love it!
