Just got home from a long jog/LISS session and dived straight into the kitchen for dinner as I was starving!   I'm trying to keep better track of what I eat lately as I'm curious to see what my different macros intake is like - thank you #fitbit for doing all the hard work for me . On the menu today was weetabix with banana and strawberries for breakfast a tangerine and #nakd bar for morning snack a salad with chicken sweet potato couscous tomatoes mozzarella and coleslaw for lunch…

HELLO BEAUTIFUL  The only way to christen a new tub of @meridianfoods almond butter is to slather it on a protein pancake stack. This #proteinpancakestacksunday was made using buckwheat flour @theproteinworks vanilla creme whey and cottage cheese. Topped with a chunk of dark chocolate. Ahhh finally the day is over  I slept three hours last night..three f hours! So I got up and had some protein bars to kill time  No idea why but I had to get up at 6 to get the train to site in Solihull ran around on a building site and worked on the train... it was a pretty long day! I had lunch at 4.15pm and am now having an egg white omelette with goat cheese tomatoes onions and spices annd going to bed haha  tomorrow is lift sesh and later LISS with the girls. BATIZADO today!  And a sleepless night because Libby is still ill calls for emergency breakfast of protein pancakes with aaaaalllll the toppings ( x 2). Pancakes are made with 100 gr ricotta cheese 2 eggs 50 gr gluten free oats and a pinch of cinnamon Toppings are fresh fruit coconut yoghurt chocolate sauce ( coconut oil raw cacao powder and maple syrup) and flaked almonds.  I had two of them seems like a lot but when you're gonna play capoeira for 3-4 hours I think it's justified! soo…

I made this grilled sheep's milk halloumi cheese on my new George Foreman Grill with grilled mushrooms and a side of lettuce spinach tomato and red pepper salad. Halloumi is an interesting cheese from Cypress that's very salty and firm and makes a great high protein low calorie vegetarian replacement for  a meat main dish.
