Water Mill Transformation - O2i Design - Somerset Architectural Practice
O2i Design Ltd was commissioned to renovate and extend this family home. The project aimed to create a cohesive space with modern features while preserving the original character. The design included a large kitchen/diner, an artist’s studio, a utility room, and refurbished bedrooms. The renovation opened up the ground floor for natural circulation.

O2i Design was commissioned to design a sustainable, carbon-neutral new home. The brief was simple. The new home had to be future-proof and run efficiently with low energy costs. In addition, our client asked for a home with clean lines, no uneven surfaces, stairs, or other trip hazards. The focus was on a sustainable home, designed to a high specification and’ future proofed’ against rising energy costs.

Modern Three-Storey New-Build Homes in Somerset
O2i Design Ltd has designed two contemporary, three-storey new-build homes that are nearing completion in Langport. These new homes offer a unique living experience on the outskirts of town. The two houses feature distinctive single-pitched roofs, spanning three-storeys to maximize the picturesque location. Large windows and balconies provide stunning views of the River Parrett and the Somerset Levels.
