3.4K reactions · 356 shares | air fryer korean bbq chicken skewers 🍗 ✅grab my low calorie cookbook for more recipes, link is in my bio! ✅ only 162 calories + 22g protein per skewer💪 ingredients⬇️ for the chicken: 400g of chicken breast salt/pepper garlic/onion powder onion + herb seasoning ginger powder for the sauce: 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup water 3 tbsps zero calorie sweetener 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water mixed (optional) seasame seeds & green onions to top instructions⬇️ in a small saucepan, add all the ingredients for the sauce listed above. (mix the cornstarch and water together then add the mixture into the saucepan with the sauce.) bring sauce to a simmer. it will begin to thicken. soak 4 wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes to prevent burning while cooking. cut the chicken breast into 1-2 inches cubes. season chicken with listed seasonings above. add about 100g of chicken to each wooden skewer. place the chicken skewers in an air fryer. air fry for 12-14 minutes at 375F.
