That may seem a strange thing to share but I thought I would make the point that solid precious metal jewellery is much more likely to be fixable than anything with a temporary surface. These skinny rings should provide decades of wear, and although if they are bent out of shape repeatedly they can snap, they can be fixed and polished back to as good as new."
