Mediterranean Meatballs, a lamb meatball recipe with Tunisian spices
UPDATE - TESTED RECIPE! Tunisian meatballs: I used ground elk instead of lamb, and cup panko instead of bread. I used a bit too much salt too, but it balanced when I mixed this over bulgar. It was a very delicious meal! Worth doing again.
