Weetabix muffins - I made these but used only 1 spoon of sweetener and used a whole pot of the small Aldi fat free greek yoghurt instead of muller - strawberry flavour. I also added nutmeg and mixed spice and 3.5syns of sultanas. When left to cool right down they tasted like bread pudding! Really enjoyed them and will def make them again.
