The Delhi High Court Wednesday adjourned the hearing on the death penalty awarded to four convicts by lower court and set the next hearing date on October 01, 2013. However, a day ago, Delhi HC on Tuesday said that the hearing procedure will begin from Wednesday on day-to-day basis as Delhi HC has to pronounce its verdict within one month from the beginning of the hearing of the case.
