Crockpot - Beef & Broccoli Put 1 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced, 1 cup beef broth or consume, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 T. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, minced in crockpot. Cook for 4 hours on low. Add uncooked broccoli with an hour remaining. Whisk 2 T. cornstarch with 4 T of juice and add back to crockpot to thicken. Serve over rice.

Crock Pot Pepper Steak...turned out really well! So delicious! Left the meat in the crockpot longer because I was at work so it was much more tender but very flavorful. Mixture could be good as tacos or burritos but was tasty over rice.
