Syn Free Curry Loaf today! This is a Slimming World favourite but my first time trying it. Very tasty and filling, more cake texture than bread texture but great for Syn free savoury snacking, I grabbed one of my Curries out of the freezer so we had this as a side. You can use any pack of dried savoury rice, or even ready cooked rice, but some have a couple of syns. Syn Free Curry Loaf Ingredients A 400g tin of Mazadar chickpea Dahl (you should find in Morrisons and Home Bargains) 100g pack of Sainsburys Savoury Rice Indian Style Curry 3 large eggs 1 tbsp curry powder and 1 tsp of turmeric A pinch of salt & pepper Method 1. Preheat oven to 200°/180°Fan/Gas 5. Cook up the rice as directed and all the water has been absorbed. 2. Whisk the eggs and add the rice and the chickpea dahl and give everything a good mix with your spices and seasoning. 3. Spritz a loaf tin with Frylight and pour in the mixture 4.
