How Gravitational Waves Work By Karl Tate, Infographics Artist | March 17, 2014Einstein's general theory of relativity suggests, among other things, that masses in space distort the geometry of space-time. In addition, moving objects emit waves of gravitational radiation that carry energy away into space.

BLACK HOLES & DARK MATTER! Keeping in mind, the "As above, so below" principle, when reading the definition of Dark Matter and Black Holes, what happens when we apply it to Spirituality and/or the journey of the Soul? Are there answers within the comparisons of Dark Matter and evil?!

Australian astronomers find the oldest Star: 13.6 billion years old, making it the most ancient star seen. It lies in our own galaxy, the Milky Way, at a distance of around 6,000 light years from Earth. story dated: 10 Feb 2014

The Sword Of Orion - The Orion constellation is noticeable for three medium-bright stars in a short, straight row. These stars represent Orion’s Belt. If you look closely, you’ll notice a curved line of stars “hanging” from the three Belt stars. These stars represent Orion’s Sword. Look for the Orion Nebula about midway down in the Sword of Orion, otherwise known as M42, a stellar nursery where new stars are being born.

The fiery depths of space: Astronomers capture dazzling rainbow nebula swirling round supergiant star

The bright, pinkish-white star at upper left of Orion is Betelgeuse. A red supergiant, it is one of the largest and most luminous stars known. If it were at the center of our solar system, its surface would extend to the orbit of Jupiter and beyond, wholly engulfing Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars. Betelgeuse is approximately 640 light-years away from Earth.
