Diy backyard pond. I used raised garden bed, and a 55 gallon horse trough (about $75). In the pond I have gravel from an old tank and a pond plant I bought for $10. There's a "container" fountain/ filter I paid $20 for from Lowes. Around the pond I put stones and succulents ($30 approx) and a Palm tree I found at the local supermarket for $15. I plan on adding fish when the water is ph-ready for it. But they will need to be indoors for winter. The trough isn't deep enough. I LOVED this proje...
