Blouse & skirt, from Croatia, ca. 1908–09. Blouse is made in two types of lace on tulle; skirt is black velvet. Museum of Arts & Crafts, Zagreb
Evening dress, by Widoff, New York, 1911-13, Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens. High waisted Edwardian party gown with a narrow sheath underskirt of plain silk charmeuse and a multilayered overskirt of silk lawn. The short, full lace sleeves cover a white lawn undersleeve edged with miniature pearls and ending in pearl tassels. A pale turquoise satin waist sash backed with bright pink satin closes on the left side with a decorative oval medallion of the pink ribbon flowers.

The original caption read "ca. 1810-1820", but I think it's a bit closer to 1810 than it is to 1820. Update: actually not Regency but a 1967 design by George Halley.
