1. Deep squat getting your chest and arms between your thighs 2. Forward fold really pushing upper arms in thighs and squeezing shoulders with legs 3. Place hands flat, push the ground away, core on, gaze forwards, drop bottom and LIFT with abs and pelvic floor 4. Extend legs if you can, lifting and active pointing the toes
This was my first real accomplishment and I have really enjoyed developing my Crow It takes core strength to lift the legs and keep knees up in the armpits Your gaze and steady breath are what keep you here - modify with a block under your forehead so you can feel the weight shift and lift the hips with out squashing your nose Or prop up the feet on a block to get the lift the arms and core Or both 😊 Play with it but be kind and patient x
One of my favourites Either as a long hold for strength or as the rise between Plank and Downdog in salutations - really draw those shoulders down, tuck the chin in a little to stretch out the back of the neck, lift through thighs pushing tops of feet into the floor, strong and stable through the arms drawing heart and hips through ✌🏻

Shifting the weight forward is really the only way to get that top leg off the floor If your still playing with confidence/ strength or worried about face smash - use a block either under the back foot so you feel the lift Or under the forehead so you can't actually fall on your face 👍🏼
