Liminal Space - A very special painting of a very special place
The chapel of St Peter's on the Wall was built circa 654 AD and stands on the sea wall of the Blackwater estuary, with the North Sea forming the backdrop of this ancient building. In this painting, my aim was to capture the liminal essence of this very special place. Although the original oil painting has gone to a collector in the USA, Giclée fine art prints, including limited editions, are now available directly from my website.
