My first hat! I LOVED making this. Such fun....not as much as wearing it, though!
hand-ruffled ribbon made from two contrasting fabrics in 92" long pieces.
Black skirt with vest. This outfit was made to coordinate with the coat.
My first attempt at a coat. This took me nearly two months to create but it turned out perfect!

Sewing project: Hoop skirt, vest and shirt.
The elaborate 'southern belle' dress I made. It took me over a month and all the ruffled ribbon on the sleeves and around the jacket front were hand-made out of contrasting colors of 92" strips of fabric, hand ruffled.
I made this little girls version of a period dress for my niece, complete with her long-legged pantaloons hanging out. She is sooo cute in this!
