25min · 1 serving Ingredients: • -2 cups pasta (I choose gluten free fusilli…..but feel free to substitute it • with regular pasta other gluten free pasta such as lentil, chickpea etc.) • -200g (organic) chicken (cooked in a pan with oil, salt, pepper & oregano) • -1 cup arugula • -314 cup tomatoes • -1/2 cup feta cheese (optional; or vegan feta) • -1/2 red onion • -1/2 avocado • -green pesto (mine is store bought & I mixed it with some water for a thinner consistency, but you can also make it yourself) • (if your interested you can scroll down my page and find my vegan pesto recipe & regular pesto recipe ;) • -seasoning: salt, pepper, basil, paprika powder, garlic powder, oregano (just your fav herbs & spices)
