Diamond Polished Concrete Flooring - Lazenby
Perfect for projects that need a little extra sparkle, Lazenby’s diamond polished concrete floor features an exposed aggregate, within the concrete floor, with a finish for eye-catching textural effects. It’s highly versatile and also durable enough to last the lifetime of a building.

Diamond Polished Concrete Flooring - Lazenby
Six years ago we were approached to collaborate with architects Sheppard Robson and Stanton Williams, along with contractors Mace, on the state-of-the-art Marshgate building for UCL. Since then, we have installed 2000m2 of Architop, 1000m2 of polished concrete and 60 matching treads across 2 staircases.

Top brass! With over 100m2 of our Diamond Polished Concrete, this split-level reception exudes elegance and luxury. Both sections were installed at the same time while six connecting steps were cast in situ and colour matched. Beautifully offsetting the rich interior palette, buff gravel aggregate adds depth to natural concrete tones.

Laser House's design scheme features a dramatic diamond polished concrete floor
Featuring Lazenby’s dramatic Diamond Polished Concrete, this former gin distillery has been transformed into Technique’s innovative new office space. Dubbed “the art box,” the reception area is designed to feel like a gallery. The rich tones and patterns in our unique aggregate complement a dynamic palette of warm colours and bold shapes. Hardwearing and visually impressive, Diamond Polished Concrete is the perfect choice for a high-traffic reception area with a creative aesthetic.

We're thrilled to have installed our Diamond Polished Concrete in the innovative new market building at Hawley Wharf Masterplan, London. The building was once a neglected part of Camden Market but has now been transformed into a bustling mixed-use development, featuring a versatile marketplace with an interior designed to support ever-changing market stalls. Our flooring had to be robust, versatile and weatherproof, withstanding the bustling environment and the open-to-the-elements perimeter.

From design development to the final polish, we collaborated closely with the architects of Hawley Wharf Masterplan in London to create a bespoke Diamond Polished Concrete floor. Both versatile and robust, our Diamond Polished Concrete was perfect for the bustling environment of Camden Market. We were even able to create a beautiful warm-toned bespoke aggregate to complement and unite the project.

Lazenby’s Natural Appeal - Lazenby
Lazenby’s natural concrete polished concrete floor, with exposed 10mm rounded gravel aggregate and 6mm aluminium trims, is a winning combination for this commercial project. Specified by ORMS Architects and commissioned by main contractor Kier, Lazenby installed 262m² of anti-slip natural polished concrete flooring throughout the reception, lift lobby, hallway and lounge areas. The floor was laid to exacting standards because 6mm aluminium trims were preferred to the usual saw cut joints.

Tate St Ives - Jamie Fobert Architects
With its prominent spot on the beautiful Cornish coastline, the Tate St Ives art gallery underwent a major extension in October 2017, and we were extremely honoured to be invited to work with Jamie Fobert Architects to help deliver their designs. In total, we installed around 1,000 sqm of our Diamond polished concrete, with locally sourced granite aggregate used for an added Cornish touch. | Photo by Jim Stephenson.
