RAINBOW STICKS: These look really effective, don't they? You could make and eat these in combination with learning the rainbow song, finding out about different colours (for younger children), or learning about the role of colours in food and health (for older children). Get children to assemble these themselves, following the colour order.
TIP FOR CHILDREN'S PARTIES: Keep kids healthy by dividing snacks into grab and go sizes, and put veggies and dip into individual portion containers to prevent "double dipping" at parties or having the kids grab from "community bowls" of treats....( now if we can just educate parents on how not to let their little angels lick all the donuts at a breakfast buffet)
