Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli. Absolutely delicious. Just if you're planning on having leftovers, only add in as much broccoli as you want to have for the first meal. The leftovers with day-old cooked broccoli aren't that great. Other than that, this is perfection.

General Tso's Chinese Chicken. A little time consuming but a great basic recipe. It was easy to follow & my hubby really liked it. It would also be easy to alter. I'd like to sub honey for the sugar. If you added citrus you could easily have orange or lemon chicken.
