WHO IS CENTRED? Ever-widening circles of being 💫 Many of you know i’ve been speaking publicly about racism and issues of inclusivity in “wellness” and the arts and creative industries for years. Over a decade now…And it has been a long and exhausting road. The effects of racial trauma are real.⁣ ⁣ I wrote this piece during that infamous first week of June following Black Tuesday, when i was finding it such a struggle to stay centred.
