Easiest & Best Mexican Rice Using A Rice Cooker! RECIPE: 1 TBS Olive Oil 2 Cups Rice 2 Cups Water 1 Can Diced Tomato with juice 1 TBS Chili Powder 1 TBS Cumin 1/2 TSP Salt 2 Tomato/chicken bouillon Squares Optional: minced green bell peppers, minced onions, minced garlic. In a Rice steamer add rice, oil, salt, cumin, chili powder, 1 can tomato. Microwave 2 cups water with the 2 bouillon cubes; add to rice steamer. Place lid on and start the machine for normal rice cooking time.
