I was born and raised in Maha Sarakham in the North East region of Thailand on my family farm, where food was plentiful. From a very early age, I cooked food and took it to sell at our local market before going to school. Cooking from nature and using freely grown ingredients has taught me how to combine herbs and spices to create many traditional Thai and Isan dishes and create my own unique flavours.
