Sift the flour. Place everything in a mixer or blender bowl. ingredients except the egg. Knead until yellowish sand crumbs form at medium speed for about 1.5 minutes. Add the egg and continue kneading for about 30 seconds - the dough will come together into a ball. Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. We cut out circles and transfer them on a muffin tin, as in the video. Bake at 180° for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 15-20 minutes and remove the baskets from the tin. •Strawberry filling. Cut 100 g strawberries (I used frozen), add 30 g sugar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Filling. Pour 80 g of white chocolate over 80 g of 33% fat cream brought to a boil. Let the chocolate melt a little and blend until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature. Colour part of the filling with food colourings (I have green and red) and create beauty. Put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until the chocolate mass hardens. Enjoy! | Cocinando para tí
1.7M views · 26K reactions | I’m bringing this to the Holiday party! | I’m bringing this to the Holiday party! Joey shares his traditional cherry cobbler that he makes every year for the Holiday party | By Justine’s Kitchen | Guys I make this every year for the holiday and I can't wait to share it with you. Now that was two cans of cherry pie filling. Now we're coming in with some condensed milk. And we're just going to drouse this all over the top. Make sure we spread it out evenly even though we're just going to come right in here after with our mixer and we're just going to mix it around. You want this all to be the same color and same consistency. So make sure you mix everything until it's all done mixing and the same consistency. Now this is a super easy and affordable treat that you can make for any holiday get together, any party, or any just celebration of yours. Or in fact if you just love a good cherry cobbler. Now we're coming in with some yellow cake mix and we're going to dump that all over the top. Now this is next step is super important because what we're going to do is we're going to take our hands and mix them all evenly. You want to cover each edge. Now I cut up some sticks of butter. We're just going to place these all around the edges like so. Now I love butter in all my dishes so we're just going to put a whole ton of butter. I will say this recipe does require a lot of butter. I used about two sticks of butter and I just cut them up in cubes and place them all on edge. Like so. And when you get to the end it's going to be super important that you have all this butter sticking and on the top. So remember this step. It is very crucial. I was really Excited to share this recipe with you guys. Let me know what you think in the comments. Let me know if you use any other pie filling or if you'd add any toppings to this. Let me know what you guys are going to make for the holidays. Now that we got our last scoop butter on there. We're just going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes until brown. Now guys this looks absolutely delicious. This is exactly how I want it to come out. Let me know in the comments what you guys think. I can't wait to try this. This is going to be delicious. The crust is brown. The cherry looks so red. This is going to be amazing. Thank you guys so much and enjoy.

It was part of a series I was doing sharing my relative's most loved recipes. In typical ADHD fashion. These Pavlova were the first and last recipe in that series. But to this day it's one of my favorite recipes on the blog. Pefflova are traditionally the size of a cake but I absolutely love her mini version. We top ours with whipped cream and fresh fruit but really you can use whatever you want.
